Founder Rhonda Trivitt from the South Burnett Peace Of Mind, who are open every Thursday at the South Burnett Council Tea Room from 10am till late afternoon.
$10 per session or $15 for the two sessions you have the opportunity to be creative and learn a musical instrument or do some arts and craft.
Rhonda and her team are encouraging everyone whether individual or as a group to join them for some fun and being supported.
