Hey, friends! Guess what? I’ve got this cool routine going on where I spend 15 minutes exercising three times a day, and let me tell you, it’s making a world of difference—especially since I’m rolling around in a wheelchair. Here’s the lowdown on how it’s been a game-changer for me:

1.           Rolling with Energy: After each short workout, I’m feeling more energized. It’s like a quick energy boost that keeps me going.

2.           Wheelchair-Friendly Flexibility: Adapting exercises for my wheelchair has done wonders for my mobility and flexibility. Who says you can’t break a sweat on wheels?

3.           Keeping the Weight in Check: Surprisingly, this 15-minute routine is helping me manage my weight. It’s like my wheelchair and I are on the same team.

4.           Wheeling Strong: I’m noticing my muscles getting stronger, even with these shorter sessions. It’s pretty empowering.

5.           Dreamland on Wheels: Believe it or not, my sleep has improved. I guess my body loves the workout and rewards me with better sleep.
