Month 3 and 4: Advanced Skill Development
With specializations in mind, this month focuses on advanced workshops, seminars, and training sessions tailored to each peer’s chosen area. By deepening their knowledge, peers enhance the quality of support they offer to our community.
Month 5 and 6: Mentorship and Leadership Training
